Dumaresque Desktop Design currently provides shipping through the use of Canada Post. We also accept orders from international customers.

Our company also offers the ability to ship to an alternate address if required. Many customers use this option to send gifts to friends and family members who live elsewhere. To send gifts to multiple locations, each order has to be placed separately.

Handling Fees

There are no extra handling fees for shipments unless special circumstances warrant it. In these instances a shipping quote will be provided. A non-refundable handling fee of $ 6.50 will be applied to all C.O.D. orders.

Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return your purchase with your receipt within 30 days of your purchase for an exchange or refund. This policy does not apply to custom orders, which are non-refundable. Less a restocking fee where applicable. If you do not have a receipt, refunds will reflect the lowest selling price offered in the preceding 90 days.

Return Handling Guidelines:

If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can return it for a refund or exchange by following these steps.

• Include proof of purchase (original bill of sale).
• Return items in unused condition, with all original packaging and accessories.
• Damages on shipped items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• Customers are responsible for return postage.
• Only Dumaresque Desktop Design Inc. items will be accepted.

No Refunds:

• Monogrammed, personalized or altered items.
• Items that are used or damaged.
• Shipping and handling charges
• Direct Mail return postage (Unless Damaged, Defective or Dumaresque Desktop Design Inc. error)
